The Institutional Research Office maintains statistics about retention and graduation rates for our students at Â鶹ɫ²¥. Typically, retention and graduation rates are determined for cohorts of first-time, full-time, degree-seeking students who matriculate in a specified fall term. The most recent retention and graduation rates for these cohorts are shown below. 

Fall-to-fall retention rate: 

  • Fall 2022 cohort: 80.4%
  • Fall 2021 cohort: 73.5%
  • Fall 2020 cohort: 81.2%
  • Fall 2019 cohort: 79.1% 

4-year graduation rate:

  • Fall 2020 cohort  47.5%
  • Fall 2019 cohort  45.6%
  • Fall 2018 cohort: 47.3%
  • Fall 2017 cohort: 45.0%
  • Fall 2016 cohort: 42.9% 

6-year graduation rate:

  • Fall 2018 cohort  58.9%
  • Fall 2017 cohort  58.4%
  • Fall 2016 cohort: 54.8%
  • Fall 2015 cohort: 57.3%
  • Fall 2014 cohort: 58.7%
