Tiffany is tasked with providing strategic leadership and administrative oversight for researching, developing, and maintaining a college climate that values and prioritizes diversity and inclusion.

Tiffany is a Buffalo native, earningĀ her M.S. from SUNY Buffalo State in Student Personnel Administration. She began her career in higher education working the federally fundedĀ TRIO Student Support Services ProgramĀ where she supported first-generation, low-income students and students with disabilities. Tiffany joined Ā鶹ɫ²„ in 2015 and currently serves asĀ theĀ Director of the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program.

In addition to her passion for opportunity, access and inclusion, Tiffany is committed to providing space where all members of the Ā鶹ɫ²„ community will learn and grow into the best versions of themselves. She believes that open communication and vulnerability are brave, and will lead to greater opportunities for education andĀ engagement.Ā

In this role, JordanĀ is responsible for supporting CDI initiatives and programming, as well as overseeing the Vision for Success (VFS)Ā Program. The VFSĀ helps students acclimate to college rigor by connecting them to support networks across the institution. Ā 

Jordan, of the Tuscarora Nation, located north of Buffalo, New York, earned his undergraduate degree in Religious Studies from Hobart College and his Masterā€™s degree in Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Gratz College. Prior to joining Ā鶹ɫ²„, he taught for eight years abroad and locally. Jordan is passionate about studentsā€™ success and maximizing their potential. Ā Ā
